Smooooth process from end to end. After I chose their proposal, largely for its detail and thoroughness (including per-piece prices on lumber for underlayer repairs that can only really be known after they pop the lid), friendly Claudia called weekly with updates on their permit-getting process, job scheduling, etc. Then, a big tight crew did the job fast and clean. Done and done.
